The Medical Surgical bed is two sculpted prims when not activated for use. the two parts are separate. The bed base has the scene rezzer in it, and the bed mat has the patient poses. Just touch for the menu each for the menus.
The med tower has a boom that has the surgical manipulator hands for when you need that extra pair in an emergency. The light turns on and off on touch.
