Hello and thanks for looking. This chalet (as I call it) has 1 main floor, a loft, and cellar (accessed from outside). It is copy/mod, but the scripts are copy only (so it will show as no-mod/no trans, but you should be able to mod it as you wish). The menus change the outside, inside, and door textures, and inside window styles. The fire is turned on and off by clicking the bottom log. There is a notecard that explains all this, and answers any questions you may have.
Item is not boxed, it arrives "ready to rez".
