As a side-note, I had trouble getting it to work to begin with and I reached out to the creator, yet managed to figure out what my problem was before a response. I explained the following to the creator when they did respond and now I am sharing with other future buyers in slightly more detail:
I am using firestorm viewer (and I have not previously allowed sim music.) So, even after going into preferences and turning all the permissions and auto-play allowances, I couldn't get it to work. I double-checked my land-group was the owner of the box, not just the box rezzed in the land-group and that was good but I still heard nothing.
In the firestorm viewer, there is music icon so I click it and a menu gave me two options"stop all" and "start all" so I clicked "start all" and then it offered additional permissions for the specific stream the box sets the sim to and once I said okay to that (I chose "always allow"), it worked!
Side-Note semi-related, please remember to use your land permissions to restrict sound and music to your parcel. ;)

Sadly this doesn't work
No matter what we do (followed the notecard to the letter and nothing worked!) this does not work. Such a lovely idea, but unfortunately this just falls short.

This item creates a pleasant atmosphere in my sim. It’s easy to set up, and the maker is very willing to help if needed. There are two versions in the pack, copy, and transfer. You have to use the transfer version on group-owned land. I lost my transfer version when my former landlord did not return it. The creator sent me a new copy immediately.
