I recently Purchased this item and actually made a mistake when buying it and was never sent it though I paid; I Frustatingly bought a second one 3800L total! that did come, When I contcted the maker about this problem he took every possible step and gave me a refund for the one I did not receive; Best Customer Service I have ever seen! Also the product itself is well worth the price! i love it and it is more accurate than other armours!
