Sit with your legs crossed in meditation, hands moving just barley as you try and achieve inner peace.

Can be used in your favorite AO, poseball or right from your inventory.

Need something special? Maybe raise or lower the animation for your avatar so you're not in the ground or hovering like a UFO? Do you need the priority changed? Closed fist? Open hand? Speed up or slow down the animation? Etc Etc, whatever you may need let me know and ill see what I can do.
