My recommendation:
1- Speed up video in the editor by 120-130 (if the original speed is 100) to get into the rhythm of the music.

What is it with animators who don't understand what meditation is?
This is the second time I've tried to get a meditation animation on the Marketplace, and STILL the old freebie is better than anything I've found—certainly better than this!
The problem here is that the animation just can't stop moving. Using this, you'll be the most fidgety person who ever "meditated," which is to say, you'll never start looking like you're meditating at all ... because part of meditation is achieving stillness. I'm not just talking about breathing, either. Breathing motion would actually be good and realistic for a meditation pose, after all. No, I'm talking about your arms constantly waving around like you did a line of coke before trying to meditate!
I can't figure out what you could possibly use this for, but if you maybe need a pose that looks like someone trying to meditate and failing miserably? Then rejoice: this is is for you! Otherwise, give it a miss.
For me, this was a painful total waste of L$. Ugh.
Im a guy and had my doubts but it actually animates beyond expectations!
Its great. Only thing you'll have a hard time finding it another time, so simply type meditation and you'll find it.
