Le menu comprend douze animations Tai Chi séquencées; trois animations de médiation ; et une animation d'étirement/échauffement. (Les autorisations sur les animations de table sont définies pour être secondaires à votre AO. Éteignez votre AO pour voir l'animation.)
Il y a une bougie et un tapis inclus avec certaines des animations.

The moves are very realistic and the music inside very calming, fitting the tai chi. Easy to adjust for every avatar size. Value for money.
