Splendida cascina mediterranea per gli amanti delle case rustiche, ideale come abitazione residenziale, sia in montagna, sulle rive di un bellissimo lago che su una meravigliosa spiaggia.
L'accesso al piano superiore è tramite scala esterna, come si usava un tempo.
composto da:
- un ampio open space all'ingresso con grande camino perfettamente funzionante, per accendere o spegnere il camino bisogna prima aprire lo sportello.
al piano superiore:
- 2 camera da letto con accesso ad un magnifico terrazzo panoramico.
- ampio ingresso.
tutte le porte e porte finestre sono perfettamente funzionanti con chiusura manuale ed automatica.
le persianete finestre sono perfettamente funzionanti, apertura e chiusura manuale per chi ama lasciarle aperte.
Le persiane non sono realizzate tramite texture.
ATTENZIONE:
Per accendere o spegnere il caminetto, devi prima aprire la porta.
