1. Acceptance of Terms
By purchasing from Melody Full Perm, you agree to abide by these Terms of Service (TOS). If you do not agree with any of these terms, we recommend that you do not make any purchases from our store.
2. Minimum Selling Price
The minimum selling price of any product in the Store is 50 Lindens (L$).
No sales will be made for a price lower than 50 Lindens under any circumstances.
3. Use of Images and Photographs
Prohibition of Use of Images: The images and photographs used in the Store to promote products are the exclusive property of Melody Full Perm. It is strictly prohibited to use, copy, distribute, or modify these images without express written permission from the owner of the Store.
4. License Restrictions
No Full Perm Sale: Products purchased from the Store may not be resold, redistributed, or transferred with "full perm" permissions. Any attempt to sell or distribute products with "full perm" permissions will be considered a violation of these TOS and will result in legal action.
5. Intellectual Property Rights
All products, images, and content offered on the Store are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. By purchasing a product, you do not obtain intellectual property rights over it; you are only granted a limited license to use it under the terms specified in these TOS.

The product may not be distributed with "full permission" permissions during the period in which it is offered as a gift.
