This is a arch of balloons with lights twisting around them. It has animations for 2 avatars including 11 single dance animations. You can also change the textures of the balloons in 4 groups 18 textures of golds, coppers, silvers, blacks and whites and the color, glow and flickering of the lights.
The balloon colors were selected with New Year's Eve in mind, but it could be used year-round, when you need an arch of balloons in metallic tones!
There is also a cuddles and an adult version available for those so inclined.
