Menu Driven Tropico Twinkle Lights Bamboo Torch Version 1

This is a tiki-style bamboo torch with little lights wrapped around the pole. You can turn the flame on and off, change the color of the lights, make them flash, run or be steady and change the texture of the torch.

The light flashes are done with texture animation so do not cause lag.
