This is a Menu driven, freestanding 3 sided board meaning your tenants Ads can be seen from all angles. It is easy to setup and use by both the owner and tenant! This AdBoard will keep both the owner and tenant up-to-date at all times via IM’s or local chat!
The functions of the Advertising board:
OWNER:
► Easy Setup
► Only Configuration is to add any additional rental info you want to the notecard given to tenant. Set the per week rental cost to the description of this board! (See Download Instructions bottom of this page)
► AdBoard will check everything is right before setting it to available
► Click to check remaining rental period at any time
► Lock Board when not rented
► Lock the Board while rented so renewal is not possible, at the end of the rental the board will not be rentable
► Kick a tenant at any time with or without full refund
► receive IM’s about when a board is free again after rent expires – Board reset to available unless locked by owner
TENANT:
► Give Easy step-by-step how to rent/load notecard before renting
► Rent from 1 to 4 weeks at a time
► Top-up rent at any time to a max of 4 weeks
► EASY Add a Texture, Landmark, and/or Notecard and/or Object
► Click to test items are being given
► Click to check remaining rental period at any time
► Receive an IM each time the AdBoard is clicked (each Avi is counted just once!)
► Click for list of each avatar who has clicked it (each Avi is counted just once!)
► Clear and restart above list at any time
► receive IM’s when rent is due again
Everyone Else:
► When Clicked a Landmark and/or notecard and/or object (Dependant on what was loaded by tenant) will be given to the Avatar who touched the AdBoard!
