Please consider, you can resize Mesh. But if you do this,
the Land Impact (li) will change. If you increase, the Li will
raise. If you minimize the Object, the Li maybe gets smaller.

For this Fish Tank: If you resize the Tank, the
Fish-Emitter will NOT change. !!! This is not possible !!!

++ You don´t see enough Particles ++

So please check up your Viewer settings.
Maybe your Particle-Rate is to low. So set it
up. There is no other Way to solve this !!!
