This is a basic mesh choker I made, I designed it to be easy to retexture, the strap part around the neck has an inside and outside texture. The front of it has a projection texture for whatever image you want to throw on the front and you have a texture for the edge around that image.
It weighs in at 4 prim equivalent, which probably means less since it's likely going to be attached to you.
This is a full perm build, you may redistribute it so long as it's part of a larger work and you set perms to something other then full.
