TIPJAR
- change frame textures, colors & shine
- 8 frame effects + color & glow options
- choose between 8 tipjar pictures or use your own
- add picture effects
- 9 different particle effects
- set default tip amounts
- hovertext on/off
- owner can force logout someone
- owner can set tip percentage / split
