This is a perfect example of a lazy build.
Yes this is made up of two prims:
A mesh "Railroad Crossing" sign with post that is no doubt from another creator or at the very least recycled from another build.
And a simple square prim with a "Dead End" sign texture that's been plastered to hide the "Railroad Crossing" piece of the mesh sign.
You're paying for a "Railroad Crossing" sign with a box glued on it.
You might as well reuse any old sign you have and slap a simple prim on it with the appropriate road sign texture and call it a day. It will still be one more prim that what you started with.
