All you need to create your own dockside party!
Main dock has a dance floor and open railings on all sides for you to add smaller seating docks and a bridge to the shore.
You get all you need to create a simple or elaborate party dock! Land impact will vary with number of parts used.
Best to see my personal build in world with a land impact of 57. For all that it includes, that is a bargain!
Land Impacts for parts:
Main Dock (with dancfloor) 24
Side Dock (seating area) 6
Bridge pieces 3-6 each
Dock Ladder and Diving Board (less than) 1 each
Various Ropes (for connecting docks/bridges) 1-2 each
Not all items seen in pictures are included. Images on plain white background ARE items included.
All objects are Modify and Copy. Scripts are copy only.
For best results:
DO NOT unlink pre-assembled docks and bridges! Land impact could face a substantial increase and depending on available prims could cause items to be auto returned!
Some mesh parts have a land impact that is LESS then 1 Prim. I suggest linking placed pieces to the main for a minor gain in prim usage.
All items are copy, so if you make a mistake, try again.
