These brand new mesh runes can be sized to micro size (see image) or as large as desired as they 'are' 100% Mesh. Prim count is dependant on number of runes placed. Each rune is less than one prim land impact.

Graphic is misleading
Can't really use the Nano Size unless you sink half of it into a much larger piece. The depth of the symbols aren't suitable for any kind of detail work. For the price, you're better off cutting the thing out of prims and going old school.
