Mesh Entity: Mountain Cabin

Let's be fair and start out with the good.
1. The price is pretty fair.
2. Low prims are always great and 42 Li for the 2 floor with snow is GREAT!
3. The overall look and layout are not bad at all, in fact, it is what drew me to see it in-world first.

Now, where you will have to improve the home.
1. The front door on the 2-floor home will need to be rotated and put in place as it is out of wack.
2. The texturing feels dated and several surfaces, if not all; depending on your liking will need to be retextured.
3. The floor texture is a monster. The creator has kindly tried to suggest where a kitchen and bathroom should go, or with the texture job, it seems like a force. This has created two texture surfaces on the floor which are impossible; for me anyway to get to match. So, you will need to rez a convex hull prim and piece it together to retexture the floor.
Now, don't try to be smart and just retexture the big piece, it will change your front porch and outside flooring too. So, use those prims.
4. You will have to add ground snow for the winter version as the bottom of the house is naked and has no indication that there was ever any inclement weather.

In Closing -
This is not a bad house, but it is not a drop-it-and-go type house either, not for those who desire to have a nice home. So, if you tinker and don't mind doing some DYI texturing and sight mods like door scripting, then this could be a very nice home.
