3 bedroom mesh house with phantom prim doors for low lag! Only 24 prims, and can custom texture to your taste.
***To rez the building, simply place the box in the center of your parcel. Touch it, and click "Build". The building should rez in-place. If you need to move the building, edit THE BOX and move to its final location. When you are happy with the placement, click "Done". At that point, you can just delete the box.

While sound with the idea of being a very low prim house, it really needs to be copyable due to all the modifications needed to it to make it look presentable.All in all it's a good house to re texture and modify.
