Simple and works
Its simple and works. A start in the right direction for me. I need affordable media options for teaching and hotel guests.

Simple minimalistic design, and generous price.
The title says it all, reasonable land impact even when scaled, and yes I do recommend scaling it up a bit as it was a bit small initially even next to my smallish AV.
