It is modifiable so you or your mom can add any two of your favorite photo memories into the white portion of the two frames simply by right clicking the item once received and going into your edit options selecting "Select Face" than click the white area of the frame.
Once done select a photo and drag it from your inventory and drop it on it.
NOTE: It is Modify and Transferable Only so you can meet up with your mom in sl and transfer it over to her if you wish to surprise her that why.
Keep in mind it is NO COPY! So it's advisable that if you move in SL to another home that you pick it up alone that way it's easier for either you or your mom can find it in your inventory easier.
