I've been watching the anime "Fairy Tail", and for some reason this particular magic staff attracted me. It is the signature staff carried by Mystogan a.k.a. Jellal (incidentally my favorite character). I like the design because it is very atypical, the main feature is some kind of webbed foot, flipper or umbrella-like artifact affixed to the top of the shaft. It looks more wacky than cool, which I why I suppose I like it.
This is a faithful reproduction that attempts to capture not only the precise structure, but also incorporates the unique visual characteristics of cell-shaded animation, remaining true to the medium in which it is presented.
Please Note: the staff doesn't do anything special, nor does it include an AO or any scripts, it just looks really awesome.
