Long in development (about 4 years) this is version 5.2 of the original Neotoy Welcome Area. It has been redesigned and updated to include all the latest improvements and optimizations made possible thanks to mesh.
The latest version is also a completely modular build structured specifically to be positioned at the juncture of 4 sims, allowing for maximum traffic of 400 concurrent avatars. The highly organized UV map makes it possible to texture the entire build using only a single 1024 x 1024 texture map.
Since it has been modeled after the Ahern Welcome Area (one of the most historical and heavily trafficked locations in SL) it has a proven track-record of both accessibility and utility.
This is the "Basic" edition which does not come with any accessories, perfect for builders who require a robust welcome area platform that can be customized.
