It kind of works.
Just as they say is it but had a few minor issues with it. Like the previous poster you will have to resize it unless you are making stuff for midgets. If YOU are going to find resizing it for human consumption will make NOT line up.. I would suggest you see if inside or outside is what you want to line up right. (cause one wont), it's a mesh item so making it say .5 width is not even close to its true size. It works OK, but be prepped for mistakes and disappointments with the frame, and you should be fine.

Pretty much what it says on the tin, but LODs turn it into a vaguely ring-shaped potato at the first step, just a few meters away.
this does work but
needs a lot of resizing to get it usable for human Avatars but does hold it's form quite well
