This is an older looking store that is made of brick with concrete support columns and a convenient placement for a store sign above the door (just add your own prim or texture to the face, both inside and outside).
The inside has a wonderful old world appeal to it with wooden ceilings and a well worn floor in the store area on the ground floor, as well as a beautiful patterned wooden floor upstairs. A steel set of stairs and platform lead to the upstairs apartment, that has plenty of windows to let in light and enjoy the view.
There are two scripted IntelliDoors (you can modify the config script inside for different operations, but the main script is no-mod so it will show as no-mod when in your inventory). There are also two industrial style lights that turn on and off with a touch on the outside at the front door.
Of course you can use the whole building as a wonderful separated apartment, or use the downstairs as a storefront and the upstairs as an apartment by itself.
The whole building is only 35 prims, and measures about 15 X 15 so it can fit on almost any parcel.
