This western themed restaurant comes with an empty version (23 prims) and a version with all the props (69 prims). Included are all the props so you can place as many or as little as you want. All items are copyable.
Empty restaurant is mod but one with props is not.
The sink, coffee percolator and large pot are no mod. Everything else is mod/copy.
