Beautiful boathouse built with mesh and regular prims. This building will fit a 320 sq.m parcel and use 29 prims land impact, if you scale it larger it may use mere prims.
The boathouse has 3 art deco lights as well as a larger light above the boat bay, all scripted to turn on/off by touch.
This build are mod+copy (scripts are copy only)
