A Definitive, Nicely Detailed, Classic Chef's Knife
It's so hard to put your trust in products until you have had hand-on experience with them. KTZ products are designed with care, and attention to detail. This classic chef's knife is no exception, right down to the authentic tang of the blade splitting the two riveted wooden grips. I look hard for authentic, and well done stuff, and this knife satisfied those criteria. It's surfaces texture cleanly without distortion, and it sizes down beautifully to fit virtually any scaled scenario, including (maybe) even a pixie kitchen. I use it in my retro 50s diner setting, where it looks just like the real thing. Took a re-texture to a genuine Solingen Wusthof classic in grand style. Comes with single prim knife and cutting board combo also, along with all the goodies you need for customization. Well done! Highly recommended.
