Sure this statue looks nice but the Land Impact is like... over 100.. and it doesn't go down the smaller you make it..

Too Big, Bad LoD
First, this statue is super huge. Like, the smallest you can make it is still like 8' tall.
Second, the LoD is way bad. Even standing right next to it it's turning into blocks of polygons that barely look like a person.
