This Sell Sign is very handy.
Put your sell texture on the front
and colorize the 3 buttons green or red
For example:
If your item is not modifyable, you can colorize the M button red.
Later if you want to sell it modifyable, you can colorize the M button green.
So no more extra texture uploads to tell your customers that it is modifyable
Same applies for the copyable and transferable buttons.

Just colorize each button by select the face of the desired button and colorize it as you wish.

Offcourse don't forget to set the permissions on your item inside the sell sign.

The border of the sell sign and the 3 buttons are also selectable.

How to select each face???? rightclick the sign and "Select Texture" and leftclick one of the spots you want to colorize.

You can put Glow, Brightness, Transparency, etc etc on the selectable faces.
Just as a normal prim.

This sign is 1 prim, depending on how large you scale the sign.
Inside the sell sign are 3 modifyable, copyable textures for the 3 buttons so you never lose them.
