We don't do it, having many friends in business in SL has afforded us the wisdom not to do refunds, we stand by our products and if there is an issue, we'll either fix it, or help you troubleshoot it, but there will be no refunds as it's very exploitable.
All Meshwork *SL products are 100% made by the creator, this includes texturing, the mesh modeling, and the ambient occlusion mapping. As such, our products are not for resale, unauthorized copying of our work will result in a lawsuit.
