Does your building have a flat roof that would be a great place for sunbathing if you just had a good way to climb up there? (Yes, I know we can all fly or double click to get there, but that's not the same as climbing.) What you need is a sturdy metal ladder.
Here it is, designed to fit over the edge of your roof and give you a vertical route up there. Mouse over the lower rungs and look for the standard sit icon, then click to go up. Click on the top rung to go down. Scripted animations do all the work.
This ladder is textured with both a PBR material and a Blinn-Phong texture, so it should look the same with any viewer. It comes with Modify permissions, so you can stretch it or shrink it ( a bit ) to fit your building if necessary. That's it ... no menus, no hidden features. Just a nice, sturdy metal ladder.
