Detailed Metal Shelf with old steel texture, with big metal brackets. The Model is low poly, and perfect for environments - such as Homes / Offices / Hospitals Interior, etc.
Model is unwrapped, and UV Mapped using Photoshop.

Expected this to be a mesh model with 1 or 2 Land Impact, as it turns out, it comes default with Prim as it's object setting, making it at 13 Land Impact (3 Shelves are 39 LI).
Switching to convex hull makes this 8 Land Impact.
It's not like the model is large either, for a simple shelf for a lab/hospital there really are better options out there with lower LI, for the same price range.
Sorry for bad review but wanted to save others some disappointment.
