Nice water tower, but....
Most modern water towers currently on the MP are dirty, rusty and/or grungy. (I'm so tired of seeing that dark urban theme.) There are few modern water towers with a clean look and this is the best looking one I can find. Great quality for a build from 2016.
Bad side - 552 prims/LI. I knew what I was getting into thanks to the other review but decided to get it anyway. Fortunately I have LI to spare in my build.
Land Impact 552
A nicely constructed water tower. Unfortunately it won't be for most as SL reports it's land impact at a waaaay too heavy 552, so keep that in mind before you purchase. Base textures aren't that great, but the creator includes them so that those proficient in Photoshop could enhance to their liking.
