This Townhouse is completely lovely. It has tons of space and can be used for upscale city living in any urban sim. I was surprised at how happy I was with it for the price. You could pay a lot more for something of less quality and still not have some of the features. I've seen urban builds with phantom upper floors go for 3Xs this amount. So basically you're paying for one floor and textures. With this I'm getting tons of space, a pool, a deck, parking and a great view from a roof patio.
Definitely buying more from this seller.
