A wonderful Asian style teahouse/home, perfect for any micro that you know. Complete with phantom child scripts to make walking around inside the building easier, trust me, it's not fun getting stuck between sculpty prims.
The Features inclued are opening and closing doors, clickable lights, Free Tea Giver on a sitable tea table, and a Free Geta/Sandal Giver near the front door. Jam packed with detailed texturing and everything needed to keep your favorite micro (whether if be a friend or you!) happier than a Fox with a Cupcake!

THE BUILDING ITSELF IS NOT 72 PRIMS, ONLY 43, The Table is 19 and the Geta/Slippers are 10 (So if you don't like the 72 prim land impact, try picking up the givers/table and using your own)
Item is Copy & Mod just in case you want to move something (ie, the room dividers to the other side), and accidentally mess up the build, you should be able to keep a copy in your inventory.
Also, the giver and the Tea Table are separate items from the building if you decide not to use them, so be sure you've picked up all 3 items when you're finished.
