This lamp is 1Li, and comes with five texture options for the shade, and two texture options for the base. It is C/M/NT, but the scripts inside are no-mod.
The item may be enlarged a little and not go up in Li. Anything more may cause the Li to go up. It is already a decently sized lamp, so enlarging it likely won't be necessary to fit your needs.
The images were taken in standard SL daylight/midnight, and any shadows shown other than the ground shadow are baked into the textures.
