Right foot is cold

Checked the other eviews, one comment stating to re-rez the box and check again for the right boot. It's not there. I tried to rez on multiple sims. still no box. Went as far as having the box re-delivered, still no right boot.I would like to have a complete outfit if I'm paying this much for it. I know it is a lot of objects but this is kind of sloppy work, especially with the fact this has not been fixed in two years.
