This house is a second version of Miku Skybox that already exists in the store. The difference between the two houses is that in this new version there is a second floor, new textures, it's for you use in land and many other details as you can observe inside and outside. This is a 100% mesh Japanese house named as Miku SkyBox Ver. 2.0. All doors contain sliding scripts functioning perfectly - it was tested before being put for sale. It's set as COPY/MOD NO/TRANS, except the scripts - these are COPY/NO MOD/NO TRANS, so I ask that you please do not try to edit these doors.
This is an unfurnished house. But came with a simple decor in exterior side.

Just wanted I needed for my small parcel. I had a little issue with an invisi prim, however, after sending the creator a n/c, I received a quick reply...I just needed to make the cherry blossom tree phantom. Easey peasey since everything is completely modifiable. Creator was kind and replied very quickly. Thank you for your help. Absolutely love your builds. 5 star rating for sure.

Its beautiful and its exactly what i like, its tastfull and love the sound of the sliding screens, its really a screen you hear sliding. Very much detailed and thats a creator to my heart!
A beautiful spacious Japanese home, such a lovely build, and wonderful customer service to match!
I am SO happy with this home, which I was able to buy after the creator came personally to my land parcel to check that it will fit, and for me to inspect... since she does not have a rezzer in SL, and I like always to see a demo, but this was even better than an in-store rezzer because I could see it on my land! The home is amazing - three spacious rooms, some tatami and some floorboards (one room upstairs and two downstairs). And an entrance courtyard with a gateway to complete the picture. The textures are all lovely, and I feel as if I really am entering such a home in Japan! It fits nicely on my 1024 sq m parcel, leaving some space around for a small shrine and other items...and it is on a clifftop so that there is room for steps down to the sea and a small jetty, all still on my parcel. When it is complete, I will add a gyazo image so that readers may see the final look. I doubt you will find a nicer medium sized Japanese home in SL!
Oh customer service... the creator did need to reset the door scripts but this was done quickly and easily and a fresh copy of the home was sent to me. (Probably this has been rectified in the copy now being delivered, as it has been relisted after my purchase).
One additional advantage - this all-mesh home comes as a completed rezzable build - no rezz box to then deploy and set up and tweak. You rezz the home ready-built, move it easily until it is exactly where you want it, and you're done. The easiest home I have ever deployed in SL (in previous avatars, since I am currently only 6 days old *smiles*)

Gorgeous Home and Bonus Excellent Customer Service
My initial purchase hit a snag that all the doors were not correctly aligned to completely close, but a quick notecard to LeeKaeun set it all straight. I had a corrected replacement in less than 24 hrs. The layout is wonderful and sets on my land perfectly. Plenty of room for my SL family and very tastefully made. 10/10 would purchase again!
