This is what I needed, without knowing it
So, this is a super cool mesh that you can resize, it has physics so you can walk on it and it's a perfect little place to setup a small forest hut/house. The only downside for me is that the surface is not as smooth as I wish it was, but nothing some creativity can't resolve. This is, hands down, the best sort of skybox landscape I found so far.

A Perfect & Underutilized Concept
I have always been a fan of open-top skyboxes that allow windlight and this one takes the cake. The alphas are clean-cut and for how simple it appears at first glance it adds depth and can really liven up the exterior view of your windows. (The ground even comes with materials!)
My only recommendation would be for a version with a flatter ground to accommodate more builds from the get-go but that is something that any user can do themselves with ease so it's minor.
