Most prim parts are copy only with deletable resize scripts. Just wear them and click on the article and a menu will come up. Once resized, choose delete on the menu to remove the resize script to prevent lagging yourself with unnecessary scripts.
Be sure to keep a copy of the original box with resizable parts in case you change shape.
