This skin was made pre mesh bodies. Adult bits, nails, makeup, and sometimes tattoos and effects are textured directly on the skin.
Picture is in-world with no photoshopping, on a mesh head + body. Picture shows lingerie, that’s just to cover the bits, this skin does NOT have lingerie.
Skin + Omega applier is included* for bodies and heads that don’t support BoM.
(*head, upper & lower textures are included. There are no extra textures other than what a classic skin uses)
