Accommodation comprises one large and airy main room with tall windows and views across the canal, with a central stairs and small nook behind the stairs housing a shower and curtain. A tiny loft above leads through double french doors to the small rooftop balcony featuring a lionhead fountain.
Please note - this is designed as a skybox, not as a structure to be placed directly on land.
Uses some megaprims, cannot be resized.
The shower, curtain and fountain are included in the full rezz. Together they add 30 prims. They are not linked to the main structure and can be removed if desired. You can rezz the bare structure by removing the fountain, shower and curtain from the rezzbox before rezzing. Make sure you keep a copy of the original rezzbox in your inventory!

TO REZZ
Easiest if you have a platform at the height you want to rezz.
Simply position the rezzer in the approximate centre of your land, click the box and select 'Rezz' from the menu. When your structure is rezzed, edit the rezzer box and position it as required. When done, select 'Finish' from the menu
To rezz the bare skybox simply remove the stove and sauna from the rezzbox before rezzing. You can add them later via an internal rezzer if you wish, or re-rezz a new copy.
