Love it!
Great little building. No problems with Copy/Mod. Fits perfectly on my little parcel as an apparel shop. It was quite difficult finding something this small that still has a decent looking storefront, so I cannot recommend this one enough, especially for the price!

Today I'm bought this building, it have is copy and modify.
Building looks quite nice and good quality. I'm like building.
Not mod nor copiable as advertised
Its a shame, this build looks lovely from the outside, but could actually do with a ceiling / floor in it inside.
It is also no mod no copy. If you just need one copy and don't need to mod it or want a ceiling etc, then its lovely for 10L$.
