Yes, it is based on a common griefer object, but I've taken away most of the chances that this will be used for griefing by adding changes to make it more innocuous. I want this to be used for fun as a novelty item, NOT for griefing.
When rezzed the cube finds the nearest person (even if that is you) and repeats it's demands like a real Borg cube would...
"WE ARE THE BORG. LOWER YOUR SHIELDS AND SURRENDER. RESISTANCE IS FUTILE."
Except that these Borg are the size of dustmites (cube is the size of a standard poseball) and communicate in a high pitched voice as if Alvin and The Chipmunks were now part of the collective. (Your technological and musical retardedness shall be added to our own, Dave) =D
Anti-griefing counter measures include:
-If anyone touches the cube it is instantly destroyed.
-Cubes self-destruct after 30 seconds.
-Cubes are temporary prims, so they still disappear after about a minute even if scripts are off in the area.
-Anti-tampering measures are included to help prevent these features from being removed.
Cubes emit green light and when they are destroyed they scream "OH NOOOOoooooo..." and explode in a shower of green particles.
