This houseboat was designed to fit in most marina 32 prim slips, so you can enjoy a full live-aboard ship with the low costs of mooring in a 32 prim slip.
30 animated poses you can use while mooring or at sea all located in one seating menu. All animated poses can be adjusted to fit your avatar using the menu and notecard.
Interior and exterior lights.
Boat can be locked so only you drive it, or unlocked so anyone can drive it. There is also a group mode so only group members can drive it.
The boat can be controlled using a drop down menu, or a HUD.
There is a privacy curtain that opens and closes to create a private area for the bunk beds

Add Swing Script:
The boat is copy/Mod, so you can add a swing script to make the boat look like it's moving on the water while mooring. I recommend the swing script made by Ape Piaggio. It's realistic, super easy to use (just drop the script in), adjustable, and is priced well. It is located in Marketplace.
Perfect Size
This craft is about 20 meters long and 6 meters wide, very easy to drive in mouse look. You can sit in any of the chairs on the deck or in the living quarters without getting up from the boat. That is great because then the boat won't be returned to you. Very relaxing to sit on the top deck and watch the sailboats go by. Would make a great party boat and there is lots of room. Very sleek design. Only one issue I would like to see changed for future updates, it is almost impossible to drive the boat without being in mouse view because the front window is tilted back a little too far, but the boat is very very nice and worth the price, I am very happy with my purchase.
