not even as a freebie
ok let me point out i've been building for 4 yrs probly longer first off bedroom door upstairs what im assuming is the master continuosly rotates upon clicking it once secondly theres no way to get to the outside porch upstairs third it is way to high in prim count the windows arent even spaced correctly you can see clearly outside through visible cracks as for the windows could of saved a ton of prim if you would of stretched the prims and textures them correctly also the other two rooms are small the second room on the second floor is big enough to be a bathroom not a bedroom also remove the bedroom downstairs to maximize your space for a kitchen or living room if i could i would give this negitive 10 stars but one star it is as my title states not even as a freebie
Great for the price
I wish I could give this 3.5 stars, but I'll go with 4. It is perfect for what I needed. I outgrew my shop and needed an inexpensive new shop. This is nearly perfect; plenty of space, bright and set up like a shop rather than a house of any sort. I've read all the comments..door is still screwed up for the past 4 years...just delete it. In fact, I deleted all of my doors. The glass in the back room on the second floor is set inside the building (should have been set outside). There are spaces between each & every glass window/wall. The extra wing/structure on the back just takes up space and is not needed. Nevertheless, I have a kick azz looking shop now! Just know that the thing is free, so if you complain, you are an.....well you have heard it before.
Problem for rezz
The structure seems nice but me and my partner buy this structure and a club structure... and we have problems to rezz it... we have tried to contact several times to Mr. Damiano and after 4 days he didnt answer us...

Despite the glitchie door on the second floor its a great design...This build is excellent cause you dont have to use it as a home...It's perfectly suited for a starter company working with tight pockets..I just remove the glitched door..I would love to see a bigger version of this building..Great job excellent design..
