AI Broadcast + Chat Extending System

Introduction:
This system's primary purpose is to broadcast messages via private chat or region dialogs throughout a whole region or a whole parcel to every single avatar in the area, as well as extend nearby chat messages sim-wide (or parcel-wide) with smart AI features.

WHAT CAN THIS SYSTEM DO?

1- Broadcast automatic scheduled messages
Broadcasts up to 6 custom messages on specific dates and times in the future.
It can also broadcast up to 6 messages at specific times every day.
With 3 message type options: Chat, Dialog, Chat+Dialog.

2- Broadcast and repeat a message frequently on a timer
Custom message, repeated at a specific interval in seconds.

3- Instant Broadcast (Send) a custom message to present avatars at any time via the menu
With 3 message type options: Chat, Dialog, Chat+Dialog.

4- Instant items giveaway that supports all inventory types
Send items to all present avatars in the area at once.
Multiple items are sent in a custom folder with unique, dated titles.

5- Extend nearby chat region-wide, parcel-wide, or throughout parcels of the same owner.
Comes with an extra chat extension relay for full coverage up to a whole region.
Chat extender with smart features, including:
The speaker's chat is not extended to themselves.
No spam; the same message from the same sender is not repeated until changed, or after 1 minute. Additionally, if the avatar is near you and you can hear their messages, their chat won't be extended to you.
Position and chat range detection; Chat is only extended to avatars who are not within the sender's chat range, depending on the detected message type.
NOTE: Shouts cannot be detected unless the sender is 20 meters+ away from the system or the nearest chat relay. This means that shouted messages can be extended to avatars even if they have already seen the original chat message.
NOTE: Whispers may not be extended if the sender is 10 meters+ away from the system or the nearest chat relay because whispers can only be detected within 10 meters (This adds a privacy option for those who don't want their public chat to be extended).

6- Live chat notification to the owner option
Sends live chat to the owner in real-time.
Live chat notifications are sent to the owner's email when the owner is offline.

MENU OPTIONS

* Send Chat: Send a private region chat message to all present avatars.
* Send Dialog: Send a private region dialog message to all present avatars.
* Chat+Dialog: Send a private chat + dialog region message to all present avatars.
* Reset: Reset the system.

OTHER SYSTEM FEATURES & OPTIONS

* Touch message: Send a message to avatars on touch. This message can be set and edited in the object description field (Right click the system > Edit > General tab).
* Display date + clock (in SL time) on a floating text.
