Parcel boundary trackers or parcel border tracer systems have been a mystery for ages, but we have cracked the code.
Why is this script so valuable?
Days and long hours of configuration and testing to find the best code, parcel border tracer might seem like an easy function, but in fact, there is no lsl function that detects a parcel border and it has to be done through complex, tricky code.
It is the trickiest thing to code!
This explains why such a system is extremely rare and there is only one famous product on the market that actually works.
This is the only parcel border tracer script available on the market.
So let's get to the details:
This script is not perfect but it can be perfected if you have time on your hands, It works perfectly on regular parcel shapes such as squares and rectangulars, it also works on partially irregular parcel shapes and some patterns of irregular parcel shapes, especially irregular parcels that extend edges to the outside direction of the parcel, it works on zigzag edges, it is not 100% accurate on all irregular shapes as there is no general code or equation that work on all random irregular shapes, it is trickier than you can imagine, but it is possible to perfect the code to be 99% accurate for all parcels, regular and irregular, maybe you can achieve that! I just couldn't have the time to do so.
WHAT DOES THIS SCRIPT DO?
It traces and detects parcel borders and rezzes poles alongside the boundary every 4 meters.
IT DOES NOT REZ WALLS!
You can make it do so if you have scripting skills.
The script starts on touch and instantly rezzes poles alongside parcel borders, like magic!
